Dr. Zubowski can help you treat wrinkles and restore volume to your face with various facial injectables. Depending on your skin condition and treatment goals, the doctor might recommend a single injectable or a combination treatment to achieve the best results. Some of the injectables offered include:

BOTOX

Botox is a type of Botulinum toxin that Dr. Zubowski will inject into carefully selected areas on your face. It will temporarily paralyze the facial muscles responsible for creating crow’s feet, neckbands, and lip, forehead or eyebrow lines, causing you to appear more energetic and refreshed. You will see results within a few days, and the youthful effect will last 4 to 6 months.

RESTYLANE

Restylane is a hyaluronic acid-based facial filler that Dr. Zubowski will inject into precise points on your face to temporarily add youthful volume to your lips, cheeks and jaw line. You will begin to see the plumping effects of Restylane within a few days, and the results will last from 6 months to 1 year.

RADIESSE

Radiesse is a facial filler made of tiny particles of calcium and phosphate ions suspended in carboxymethyl cellulose gel that is highly effective at filling deep scars and smoothing the lines running from the nose to the corners of the mouth, called nasolabial folds. When injected into the skin, the active ingredients attract water particles and cause a small amount of connective tissue to form around them. As a result, wrinkles and folds will appear smoother, and in many cases, the nasolabial folds will disappear altogether. These results will appear almost immediately, improve after a few days and last up to 2 years.

JUVÉDERM

Juvéderm is a gel-like facial filler composed of hyaluronic acid- a substance that occurs naturally in the skin but diminishes with time. When injected into the skin, your tissues are slightly augmented causing wrinkles and deep lines to be “filled in,” and your cheeks and lips to appear more defined. The results can last up to one year, but you can extend these effects by receiving follow-up injections within a few weeks of your first injection.

JUVÉDERM VOLUMA™ XC

JUVÉDERM VOLUMA™ XC injectable cheek fillers is the first and only cheek filler gel FDA-approved to instantly add volume to the cheek area. It gives you a subtle lift, helping to restore contour and for a more youthful profile, for up to 2 years, in patients over the age of 21. It’s different than JUVÉDERM® XC and works on a different area of the face. JUVÉDERM® XC smoothes out moderate to severe wrinkles and folds around the nose and mouth, like parentheses. JUVÉDERM VOLUMA™ XC, acts as a cheek enhancement creating volume to the cheek area. JUVÉDERM VOLUMA™ XC injectable gel cheek fillers is indicated for deep (subcutaneous and/or supraperiosteal) injection for cheek augmentation to correct age-related volume loss in the mid-face in adults over the age of 21.

SCULPTRA

Sculptra is a leading-edge facial injectable that can help you smooth fine lines and wrinkles around your nose and mouth, add volume to sunken cheeks, soften hollows under your eyes, and restore volume or add definition to your chin. The active ingredient in Sculptra is Poly-L-lactic acid, a synthetic form of the substance that occurs in your body during exercise. The Poly-L-lactic acid particles attract water molecules and cause a small amount of connective tissue to form at the injection sites. As a result, your skin will become thicker and your whole face will appear more youthful. Depending on your facial rejuvenation goals, Dr. Zubowski might recommend that you receive 3-6 Sculptra treatments over 3-6 weeks in order to achieve the best possible results. After your treatment course is completed, the results will last for about two years.
