Dr. Robert Zubowski Receives Patient’s Choice Award

For the year 2013, Dr. Robert Zubowski has been honored with the Patient’s Choice Vitals Compassionate Doctor Award, a part of the Patient’s Choice Vitals Awards & Recognition program, where patients rate and review their doctors. While physicians generally receive positive feedback from their patients, only a select few receive praise about the compassion that accompanied their care. In fact, of the nation’s 870,000 active doctors, only 3 percent will be accorded this patient’s choice award in 2013.

Patients’ Choice provides in depth information on doctors in your area who have been recognized and awarded for outstanding patient care and expertise. The Compassionate Doctor certification is the honor role of physicians who have received the highest overall and bedside manner ratings by their patients.

Being honored with a Patient’s Choice Vitals Compassionate Doctor Award by Patient’s Choice Vitals Awards & Recognition Program demonstrates that Dr. Zubowski is a doctor that treats his patients, not just the diseases, and that is what Dr. Zubowski’s patients believe he excels at, and they appreciate the kindness he has shown along with his medical care.

Dr. Zubowski believes that one-on-one consultations set the stage for successful surgical outcomes. Accordingly, Dr. Zubowski invests a great deal of his time and energy into helping his patients identify their surgical goals so that they both share the same expectations. Dr. Zubowski also values full disclosure and patient education; consultations at his office include candid and frank discussions of possible risks and complications.

In response to receiving Vitals Compassionate Doctor Award, Dr. Zubowski remarks “It’s an honor to receive this award. We continually strive to make each patients experience one of understanding and compassion and to be recognized for this is truly rewarding.”
